From the Principal
Dear Families, Teachers, and Staff:
I am so proud to be your Principal and serve you in my second year here at Kentwood. We have made so many wonderful changes while still preserving what is uniquely Kentwood.
It is my firm belief that what makes a community thrive is communication, assuming positive intentions, believing in redemption, and always being your authentic self. This is the magic sauce that helps us build solid relationships with families, students, teachers, staff, and community partners. Our charge as educators is to teach with fidelity a standard
s-driven curriculum, make data-informed decisions, and have high expectations for all students. As a staff, we are dedicated to learning who you are, how you learn and work best, and ensuring we have a safe environment to help everyone grow and thrive in a transparent and collaborative school community.
It is essential for us as a staff that we greet you with a smile to remind you that everyone is welcome and we are excited you are here. My door is always open, and I welcome your input. Please feel free to call or email me to discuss any concerns you might have throughout the school year.
I'm so excited to see your happy faces and welcome you back to another fabulous year!
All My Best,
Helene von Schreiber
